Terms and Conditions

(i)The customer agrees to be invoiced by Web Net International for the full amount of any order. (ii)If applicable the customer agrees to be invoiced on a pro-rata basis for any work done. (iii)Multiple domain names will incur extra cost as detailed on our price structure. (iv)Invoices are issued as soon as your details are uploaded to a holding page. (v)The customer agrees to pay the full amount of all invoices issued within fourteen days of the invoice date. (vi)If payments are not received within the term specified in (v) then the signed agreement will be subject to review and any money paid may be lost. (vii)Web Net International reserves the right to add a 20% administration charge for any overdue payments. (viii)Cancellations will incur a 20% administration charge of the total cost. (ix)Any cancellations must be made in writing within seven days of the signed agreement and proof of delivery must be obtained. (x)All Web Net International customers must comply with all current laws and regulations such as the publication of libellous, offensive material or material of an obscene nature. (xi)Web Net International reserves all rights to use our own judgment for web design in relation to any material received. (xii)Web Net International retains ownership of all domain names and web site content until paid for in full (xiii)Web Net International reserve the right to vary the terms and conditions at any time. (xiv)Web Net International retains ownership of all web site content and reserves the right to use such content for any purpose including marketing and/or other publications.

Limitation of Liability Disclaimer

(i)Under no circumstances shall Web Net International be liable for any damages including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive. (ii)Web Net International and its providers are not liable for protection of privacy of electronic mail or any other content or information placed by the customer onto the service providers of Web Net International or any other network provider. (iii)Under no circumstances shall Web Net International be liable for any damages or injury, whether for break of contract, tort or otherwise caused by continual and/or uninterrupted service, performance, error, commission, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus file corruption, theft, destruction or unauthorised access. (iv)Web Net International does not accept any responsibility for the use or publication of the domain name(s) until such time as the domain name has been activated and tested on the Internet. (v)Web Net International is not liable for any documentation or any other media lost in transit and proof of post is not accepted as proof of delivery. Registered or recorded post should be used at all times..
